Hmong rice wine (mov cawv) is a favorite sweet treat in the Hmong family. It is usually made by the family's elders, especially grandmothers, and then shared with everyone. Only a small amount of rice wine should be consumed each time due to its sweetness and alcohol content. Often, water is added to the rice wine to dilute the alcohol and reduce its sweetness before eating. Traditionally, rice wine is not filtered, leaving both the rice and the wine as the finished product for consumption.
Our rice wine is filtered to remove the rice, leaving only the sweet wine. The fermentation process is carefully controlled and monitored, especially the time and temperature, to achieve the perfect sweetness and the desired alcohol content. The rice aroma brings out a fresh, sweet scent and leaves an incredible aftertaste; nothing else compares. Our rice wine is a favorite and can be enjoyed daily with family or friends. You are invited to try it, and we hope it brings you an unparalleled spectrum of happiness, like what we have experienced for hundreds of years.
We offer pre-orders so you can be the first to taste it when it is available. Click the Rice Wine link below to start your pre-order. Hmong Rice Wine is scheduled to launch at the end of 2026.

Our modern version begins with traditional rice wine, carefully filtered to leave only the smooth, sweet wine. Yet the journey doesn't end there. What remains after filtration is the nutrient-rich fermented rice curds, a treasured byproduct that marks the beginning of something new. Rather than letting them go to waste, we transform these rice curds into our handcrafted natural rice soap, giving this time-honored tradition new life.
